Philosophy
The key challenge for research in the 21st Century is how to ensure
insights really affect change. Research should provide learning
and solutions for the client, not information – its knowledge which
they can take with them and help shape and improve their business
or product.
We help our clients identify what are the questions which need
to be asked not just finding answers to questions that we want
to ask. We then set about producing and initiating the plan to
root out the answers and provide learning to move forward.
Everything we do is designed around exploring with our clients
how we can use the insights discovered in research to create
competitive advantage.
The Company:
Listening is the key to our success. Listening to our clients
and their business needs, and listening to our respondents– its
what happens in their lives, job, family, social patterns etc
that’s important We don’t assume any any pre-set logic, behaviour
or model of thinking. We have learnt to use respondents and quantitative
findings to help shape and develop strategy and ideas, not act
as judges of it.
